Early responsibility and streamlined structures
We trust our staff and give them responsibility for topics, clients and projects early on. To ensure that this strategy is a success, we support our consultants with mm1-wide and individual training seminars and reward good work financially. You won't find lethargic, bureaucratic structures here. Instead, you will find a pragmatic way of working, open lines of communication within the company, and a fun team.
Varied projects and exciting topics
Our projects are always varied and include technical and subject-related issues. The spectrum ranges from innovation management in mobile telecommunications to IT project management in the world of IPTV. Alongside your project work, you will get involved in internal practice work and work on exciting topics with a clear link to innovation and digital transformation. Here you will work together with your colleagues to move mm1's topic portfolio forward, write case studies and publish your own articles in specialist journals, or you can even bring up a topic that is close to your heart and take it all the way to market maturity.
Structured personal development
Staff development is a top priority at mm1. You will define your development in regular appraisals with the partner responsible for you: What goals do I want to achieve? What do I want to specialize in further? Which training measures could support me in doing so? We have developed a training curriculum which contains an ideal mix of specialist and personal topics as well as both internal and external measures at the very highest level, from mm1 basic training to individual coaching. The wide range of roles, exciting projects and new challenges also provide a steep learning curve.
Shared events and work-life balance
To make sure there is plenty of time for networking, communication and fun, events for all staff are held at special locations at least three times a year. You can look forward to presentations on beacon projects by your colleagues, speeches by managers and experts from among our clients, and reports from the management on how the company is doing. All this, plus a mix of sporting, indulgent and exciting activities. But the right balance between work and private life is important every day. We create the foundation for this with our family-friendly 5-4-3 rule (if the project situation allows it) and by letting you choose where you want to live wtihin Germany.
