Internet of Things Congress: Methodically selecting the application-oriented IoT platform

Vortrag von Laurenz Kirchner beim IoT-Kongress in Nürnberg am 24. Oktober 2018 um 11.20 Uhr zum Thema „Methodische Auswahl der applikationsorientierten IoT Plattform“

Nowadays, customers can choose from a multitude of platforms for implementing IoT use cases. In his speech, Laurenz Kirchner explains the methodical selection of the application-oriented IoT platform. In a practice-based manner, he demonstrates how companies can formulate their IoT solution requirements in a few targeted steps and select the right product. Although the basic functions of IoT platforms are similar, there are very apparent differences in the supported hardware, scalability, IT security and other aspects. As such, many different use scenarios and their specific demands require a custom approach during the selection process.
