mm1 Consulting & Management has received an award for its TVEED product, an innovative approach to the simple synchronization of TV and Internet: the “2009 IT Innovation Award” from the Initiative Mittelstand.
The study that was carried out jointly by mm1 and the Hohenheim University clearly shows that in most large companies, the quality of processes used for IT projects is clearly below those used for product development. The most significant difficulties seem to stem from areas addressed by lean management.
The “TVEED” technology developed by mm1 Consulting & Management leads the way to interactive TV. It makes it possible to combine the Internet with the TV without having to interfere with the TV signal.
The Managing Partner of mm1, Rainer Lindenau, has published a book – Staat Machen! – with Germany’s Minister of Transport, Wolfgang Tiefensee. The book features 22 success stories of public institutions, proving that the public sector is also capable of outstanding achievements.
