Dr. Jens Lehnen ist Manager bei mm1 und Leiter der mm1 Practice Digital Offerings. Seine Schwerpunkte liegen auf der Ideen- und Geschäftsmodellentwicklung, dem kundenzentrischen Innovationsmanagement mit Fokus auf User Research und Experience sowie dem agilen Projektmanagement, insbesondere im digitalen Umfeld. Nach seinem betriebswirtschaftlichen Bachelor- und Masterstudium promovierte er am Institut für Technologie- und Innovationsmanagement an der Technischen Universität Hamburg. In seiner 2017 abgeschlossenen Doktorarbeit beschäftigte er sich mit der Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung der Lead User-Methode auf Basis praktischer Studien und entwickelte eine Best Practice für den Einsatz dieser Methode in Unternehmen.

David joined mm1 in 2006 and began his career at Daimler and Scholz & Volkmer before that. Since his studies, David has been involved with innovation and the agile development of digital services. In addition to his passion for new technologies, as an expert for Smart Home and Smart City, he regularly speaks at conferences where he is inspired to connect his home even better. David is a Media System Designer (HS Darmstadt), holds an MBA (Woodbury University, USA) and is a certified Scrum Master and SAFe Agilist.

Matthias has been working in Telco and logistics consulting for 18 years. Before joining mm1 in 2008, he worked for affinis consulting and Mummert & Partner. His high technical know-how does not only include solution design and end-to-end quality management for complex technology-oriented projects. If it was up to him, Matthias would love to equip every car in the world with Internet connectivity.

Matthias holds a Diplom degree in electrical engineering from the TU Ilmenau.

Rainer founded mm1 in 1997 and previously worked as a consultant for McKinsey. As an electrical engineer and MBA, he is mainly concerned with the opportunities and challenges that new technologies pose - both for building new businesses and for transforming existing ones.

Sebastian ist seit 2016 bei mm1. Sein Kernthema ist der Aufbau grosser, kundenzentrischer, digitaler Plattformen für komplexe Operating Models für Telcos und Mobility Unternehmen. Ziel ist es dabei immer, einen möglichst grossen Business Value mittels neuer, digitaler Ansätze zu heben und damit den Kunden in die Lage zu versetzen, das bestehende Geschäftsmodell einerseits skalierbar machen zu können als auch genügend Variabilität auf der digitalen Plattform zu schaffen um schnell auf Marktbedarfe reagieren und das Geschäftsmodell adaptieren zu können. Bei der Umsetzung der Projekte setzt Sebastian mit seinem Team auf skaliert-agilen Methoden wie SAFe. 

Sebastian hat ein Diplom sowie einen Master in Wirtschaftsinformatik und war danach in diversen internen und externen Beratungsrollen, u.a. bei Steria Mummert und Deloitte, tätig. Außerdem durfte er einen Studiengang mit dem Schwerpunkt Consulting aufbauen.

Gabriel joined mm1 in 2013. He began his career at Gemini Consulting (CGEY today) and A.T. Kearney and then founded his own consulting firm, which he merged with mm1 in 2013. His "pet project" in terms of content is the conception and implementation of digital platforms - here he advises along the entire value chain, from the business model to the infrastructure to the operation. To spite the surge of digitalization, he still prefers reading his print newspaper.

Gabriel is a graduate of the FU Berlin with a degree in business administration with a focus on corporate finance and organization.

Laurenz joined mm1 in 2010 and previously worked as a consultant at McKinsey and in the creative industries. Since studying architecture, Laurenz has been a committed design thinker. He is enthusiastic about the potential offered by the Internet of Things, but still enjoys stocking his fridge himself.

Laurenz holds degrees in engineering (TU Munich), Ms Arch (SCIARc Los Angeles) and MBA (IMD Lausanne).

Volker co-founded mm1 after several years as a consultant. As a founder, he has also initiated start-ups in IT and electronics recycling. He is the mm1 expert for connected mobility and enthusiastically conveys his knowledge in the field of agile innovation development, where he sometimes uses Lego and paper for his prototypes. Volker holds a degree in business administration from EBS in Oestrich-Winkel.
