Initial situation and problem

  • A data strategy program is to make relevant data available across the group in an up-to-date infrastructure
  • mm1 supports the establishment of governance structures and the operational implementation of data-driven use cases

mm1 approach and solution

  • We accompany the program set-up including the establishment of the cooperation with operational units, as well as the introduction of progress measurement, committee work and communication

  • In addition, we are responsible for the identification, prioritization and implementation of seven concrete data use cases (e.g., driving data analysis).

  • Furthermore we manage the development of a management structure based on OKR logic and the introduction of milestone planning.
