Development of a management report as a pilot project of a BI roadmap

The BI strategy and roadmap created by mm1 in the preliminary phase is to be implemented on a pilot basis via the use case management report and transferred to production operation
The goal of the pilot project is to gain a comprehensive overview of the challenges that arise in the practical implementation of the sub-areas of information governance, data quality management (DQM), metadata management, data warehouse system architecture, and reporting, and to develop solutions for these challenges
mm1 accompanies the pilot project as solution architect and supports the introduction of an agile project approach

With the practical insights from the pilot project and the reference solutions from the Data-to-Value Framework, we refined and stabilized the target images of the BI roadmap as well as the design/collaboration processes to such an extent that further initiatives could be implemented directly after the pilot project
By migrating the management report to the new platform, we were able to reduce creation time and effort by over 60% and significantly increase confidence in the data
